Even if foreign manufacturers have an office in the US, they often have to contact their headquarters on another continent and wait for a response to actually answer your questions. All our people are available during normal business hours for North America. You can call us during the day and do not have to build your support around overseas time zones. Not only do we speak your language, we’re fluent in the language of wood manufacturing… Durability. Longevity. Profitability. Speed. Production. Efficiency. These words are our native tongue.
When customers need help, we don’t simply transfer them to a “customer service department” in another country. Our engineers—often the very people who designed the customer’s equipment—provide our customer service. If your machine is down or needs tech support, our engineers will drop what they are doing to work through any issues and get your production running again. Because our machinery so rarely breaks down, our engineers can provide both the design and the customer support for all our products. Not only will your machinery be the most reliable in the industry, the very people who design your machinery will be on call to answer your questions.
Custom Parts Made in America.

1First, every custom part in a Creative Automation machine is Part Number Stamped at our factory. If it ever needs replacing, just give us the part number and we will immediately know the exact specifications for that part, which saves time and eliminates errors.
2Because we stamp the part number on all our custom parts, we are able to provide same-day manufacturing of critical parts in most cases, resulting in the fastest turnaround possible. Our company policy is that whenever a part is needed to keep a Creative Automation machine running, we’ll drop what we’re doing to get that part made and shipped immediately.
3For commercially produced parts, we work harder than anyone in the industry to locate and deliver critically needed parts as quickly as possible. But we go further than that. Our team seeks out the parts source that will be able to ship it the same day wherever possible. If your part is in stock from a supplier in your region but they can’t ship it out the same day, we’ll find a warehouse several time zones away that can get it out that afternoon. And you’ll get your parts a day sooner.
