Creative Automation Culture
Creative Automation – 50 Years in Business
“Creative Automation people are the best people – skilled in their work, passionate about excellence, and lovely human beings. We strive to honor that with a stable work environment that rewards initiative and nurtures development as members of a close-knit team. We believe that the security of living wages, great benefits, and a positive atmosphere allows all of us to fully engage for our customers and go home happier to our families at the end of the day.”

50 Years in Business – What It Takes
Professional, Skilled, Collaborative
‘The culture at Creative is one that is open and allows for one to be productive and feel as part of the team. Management has an open-door policy, which allows for open lines of communication and gives everyone a voice.’
‘The quality and personalities of my coworkers are the best things about working here. I appreciate working with people who have high standards but also are happy to teach and get to know me and each other.’
‘Great team, great attitudes, great capabilities.’
Respectful, Safe, Family-Oriented
‘I think the best thing is that as an employee I am allowed to do my job without being micro-managed and also that my input and opinion are respected.’
‘I have come to love not just being a number. It is great to be appreciated for what I do! Also the benefits package here is awesome. Now having dental and vision insurance for myself and my family is wonderful.’
‘Feeling like I am needed and appreciated here gets me to work every day. I just want to make sure I live up to how much I feel appreciated.’
‘I know my role. I know my place, and I feel safe and never have to worry about the structure of the company.’
‘Creative Automation is a place where you can feel at home. It’s a supportive environment with people that are easy to work with. Everyone wants to see each other succeed.’
Living and Working in Central Wisconsin
‘Our location in Northcentral Wisconsin gives me the chance to live where most people go to vacation. There are so many recreational opportunities here: state and county parks, hunting, fishing, hiking and snow sports. The cost of living is relatively low and the closest thing to morning traffic is getting caught behind a tractor on your way to work. Add the Green Bay Packers to the package, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.’
